Standard Delivery Times & Prices
All shipments within the UE are delivered via DHL courier service. The delivery time depends on the location, days off and other circumstances. Our standard delivery time is between 48 - 96 hours on business days, with PayPal payment. In the case of payment by traditional bank transfer, the delivery time may be longer, because the goods are shipped after the payment is credited to our bank account.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically after adding the product to the cart and selecting the recipient country.
All shipments sent by our company are insured up to the value of the order. We monitor the entire process of ordering and delivering goods.
Returns
According to the polish Customer Laws Act of 2014 the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reasons. The right to withdraw from the contract is granted within 14 days from the date of receiving by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier. Cito also allows the 14-days withdrawal period for companies.
How to return the goods?
The wish to return goods should be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned goods should be delivered in person or by a courier company at purchaser's expense. Unless there was information about a free return when buying. In this case, the courier label will be returned in the device. Returned goods should have no signs of use and be packed in the original carton with all the accessories that were added at the time of purchase.
We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

Be sure to attach the resignation form to returned goods including return information and invoice number. In the case of receipt purchase the receipt has to be included to returned goods, otherwise the paid amount will not be refunded.
